Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.
For orders below ₹500, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Courier Partners

We use reliable courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, EcomExpress, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, and Shadowfax to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.
You can also track your order through the tracking page available on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
Orders placed using COD may require verification through a phone call. Orders will be processed only after successful confirmation.

Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural events. PrimiummKart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
