At PrimiummKart, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Return Window

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • It must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order ID) is required
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return, exchange, or damage claim

How to Start a Return

  • The return address will be shared on WhatsApp after approval
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Shipping Charges

  • A fixed return fee of ₹100 will be charged to the customer
  • This amount may be deducted from your refund

Damages, Defective, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order details
  • Unboxing video proof

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Health & wellness products
  • Electronics items
  • Personal care goods
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective item
  • Wrong item delivered

📌 Unboxing video is compulsory for exchange requests.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved:
    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made to your bank account

Refund timeline:

  • Processed within 8–15 working days after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
