At PrimiummKart, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Window
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- It must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order ID) is required
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return, exchange, or damage claim

👉 Note:
- The return address will be shared on WhatsApp after approval
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Return Shipping Charges
- A fixed return fee of ₹100 will be charged to the customer
- This amount may be deducted from your refund
Damages, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order details
- Unboxing video proof
We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Health & wellness products
- Electronics items
- Personal care goods
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Wrong item delivered
📌 Unboxing video is compulsory for exchange requests.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made to your bank account
⏱ Refund timeline:
- Processed within 8–15 working days after approval
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
